Community Access Services is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team part-time. In this role, you’ll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the Salem and Portland areas as they work toward greater health, independence, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse:- Deliver high-quality, person-centered healthcare to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Ensure all medical treatments, therapies, and physician’s orders are implemented and monitored as directed
- Develop and maintain individualized assessments, health care plans, and medical protocols tailored to each person’s unique needs
- Collaborate with the ISP team to identify the need for additional healthcare services (e.g., physical therapy, occupational therapy, dietary support)
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies
- Provide training and ongoing support to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) on delegated nursing tasks in line with OSBN regulations and CAS procedures (e.g., G-tube care, insulin administration, glucose monitoring)
- Support continuous quality improvement efforts to ensure the best possible outcomes for the individuals served
- Model professionalism, ethical standards, and respect in all communications and relationships with individuals, families, and team members
- Active Oregon RN license in good standing
- Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
- Clear and compassionate communicator with strong organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working independently across multiple locations in Marion County
- Hourly Rate: $42.07–$46.88, depending on experience
