In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities while traveling to multiple locations to provide coverage wherever it’s needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site coaching and support to individuals at their place of employment
- Help individuals learn job tasks, develop soft skills, and navigate workplace expectations
- Communicate regularly with employers and CAS staff to support client success
- Monitor progress toward employment goals and complete required documentation
- Encourage independence while providing appropriate levels of support and guidance
- Promote inclusion and advocate for individuals' rights and workplace accommodations
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a national background check
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Physical ability to assist individuals with mobility and complete job tasks alongside them
- Competitive pay: $25.50 per hour
