Schedule: Part-Time – Saturdays & Sundays, 7 AM – 7 PM

What You’ll Do as a DSP:
Build person-centered relationships that promote independence, dignity, and joy
Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and personal care
Support individuals in community activities, recreation, and personal goals
Encourage skill development and social connections
Follow individualized support plans and behavioral strategies (training provided)
Administer medications safely and maintain accurate records
Help ensure the home environment is safe, clean, and welcoming
What We’re Looking For:
Experience as a DSP, caregiver, personal support worker, or in human services is a plus—but no experience is required!
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license and ability to be approved as a company driver
Pass a national background check
Strong communication skills, compassion, and patience
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility support
