You will supervise staff, manage program compliance, and foster an environment that promotes independence, inclusion, and personal growth for the individuals we serve. This role requires a balance of leadership, hands-on support, and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure program operations align with CAS’s mission, vision, and values while meeting the needs of individuals served
- Train and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to maintain a high-performing, supportive team environment.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
- Provide leadership in managing emergencies and resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Participate in and facilitate team training and professional growth opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between CAS leadership, staff, families, and external agencies to ensure cohesive support and service delivery.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, including a minimum of one year in a managerial role, is required.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to advocating for individuals with disabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and eligibility to become a company driver.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Capable of performing physical tasks required for the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- This is a full-time position in a 24/7 group home setting with shifts that may include evenings and/or weekends. CAS strives to create schedules that meet both the needs of our staff and the individuals we support.
- Competitive Pay: Earn $54,000-$58,000 per year, recognizing your commitment and contributions.
