Job Title: Job Coach (Full-Time)
Location: The Dalles, OR
Pay: $21.75–$22.75 per hour (DOE) + $1,000 Hiring Bonus

Community Access Services (CAS) is hiring a Full-Time Job Coach to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) as they gain confidence and succeed in competitive employment throughout the community.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing one-on-one coaching and workplace support
  • Encouraging independence, self-confidence, and professional workplace habits
  • Supporting positive communication with supervisors and coworkers
  • Helping individuals strengthen skills such as organization, time management, and problem-solving
  • Completing required documentation and progress notes
  • Promoting safe, inclusive, and respectful work environments
  • Collaborating with employers, support teams, and coworkers to help individuals achieve long-term employment success
Qualifications
  • Experience in caregiving, education, coaching, human services, or direct support is helpful but not required
  • Spanish/English bilingual preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to become an approved company driver
  • Ability to pass a national background check
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
  • Willingness to travel throughout Hood River and Wasco counties
