Key Responsibilities of a Residential Program Manager:
- Lead and support staff, fostering a positive, respectful, and professional team environment.
- Support individuals served with dignity, choice, and respect, promoting independence and social engagement.
- Implement and oversee Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation, coordinate communication with families, staff, and external partners, and participate in program development and quality improvement.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment, following all safety protocols and reporting procedures.
- Advocate for program goals and implement organizational decisions effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree OR 3 years’ experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Minimum 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must pass a national background check
- Eligible to become a company driver
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs for mobility support
- Competitive Pay: $55,000-$59,000
